Excellent, Tasty and Method for Savings
I was eating seaweed noodles and yeesh I got tired of that and was back to De Cecco wheat but have had some bad health issues. I cannot make seaweed noodles taste good no matter what I tried. Now for the Auto immune protocol I am eliminating all grains for the time being which doesn't leave a lot. I heard on an AIP recipe site in the comment section about this product one girl was using and WOW was I surprised. I can survive with this! I could literally eat these every day but will try to force myself to rotate for nutrition. I've heard that all the AIP people are flocking for these now. Next I'll be trying potato starch noodles. I've learned the hard way only buy 1 at first to see if it's for you and how your body reacts. I think these taste like legit spaghetti and could eat them very regularly. They are versatile and taste good pretty much with oil, garlic, herbs, veggies and meat if you have no time to make a sauce. But they also take on the flavor of any sauce so the possibilities are infinite. Going too low in carbs blows out your thyroid and causes hair loss if you do it too long (keto) so 2 ounces of these at a time with some protein and vegetables is very balanced and delicious as well as filling. If you eat protein and veggies first it also lowers your sugar spike as much as a diabetes medication, only naturally. Then eating these noodles at the same time can do that too. And then it's paleo and heals your gut and chronic disease (see Dr. Sarah Ballantyne for more about that if interested). If you haven't read this family's story it's so uplifting. They created a whole company and healthy farms for their immune compromised child so now the world's health gets to benefit from their super healthy, well sourced reputable highly nutritious food. Cassava famously fed Africa when they were starving at the same time the potato reached Europe to end much of their starvation. This is a staple food this family company found used thousands of years in South America and hundreds of years all across Africa. I've bought these spaghetti noodles twice here on Amazon. But they get MUCH too expensive if you want to have them regularly for your family's health. So I use my other source for health food Iherb. Orders over $20 there get free shipping, I get 5 packs of these for that much and 5% more with this discount code. HGB599 .They stopped the rewards program for awhile but restarted it again so I do find them helpful and am back to using that site in addition to here. The family who created these Jovial noodles has their own website too so if you only want Jovial products that's something to look at too. I looked at the website and it's very nice looking and I really like the looks of a lot of their foods. To create a whole company for your child is so beautiful to me and I think the farms are in Europe (Italy) where they are super picky about food quality and near a "blue zone" where people regularly live into their 100's. But I've learned the only way I can afford my health foods is checking between Amazon, I Herb, local marts (grocery chain, mom and pop, foreign or farmer's market) and Ebay. Frankly, I think it's a shame that it costs more to look after your health than eat junk killing everyone but until someone changes that I cannot survive without several sites. My son is also disabled so we have to stay healthy while keeping a roof over our head.

Favorite pasta brand!
My favorite brand of pasta to keep me on a paleo diet. The flavor is good and texture is good, unless over cooked, in which they can become slimy.

Tasted good, to pricey and carbs not low enough.
I liked this as a healthier lower carb option, but fam didn’t. Too $$ for one person, didn’t freeze or reheat well, or I would have bought and frozen single servings, and don’t want to cook smaller batches... and then another for family.

Great paleo pasta!
If you are a Paleo eater like me, this is a great pasta substitution. Of course it does not taste the same as actual pasta! But it's delicious nonetheless. I served it with my regular pasta sauce. I'm sure the kids would have eaten it too if I had to given them any! They got the regular flour stuff.

Great Texture & Mild Flavor!
I'm very grateful for this product and brand, I can't eat any grain and therefore almost any kind of flour, pasta has been a staple in my Italian home for generations, and I've been totally deprived of it until I found this brand, very good texture almost like the real thing very mild flavor so it adapts to whatever sauce/dish, I cook this pasta less time than the instructions suggest otherwise the pasta becomes way too soft so try it it often to find your perfect point. Expensive but so worth it!

Undesirable texture and lacking taste
I've only just begun seeking out gluten free alternatives for wheat pasta. I thought with all of the great reveiws, this was a sure thing. I was wrong. I made shrimp scampi for dinner last night. I followed the directions on the box exactly, only adding a bit of salt to the water. After 11 minutes, I pulled out a noodle and tasted it. My first thought was "uh-oh, I'm not going to like this". It still seemed undercooked in the center, so I gave it one more minutes and then poured it into the strainer where the noodles broke as I poured them in. I knew that adding them to the pan of shrimp on the stove wasn't going to go well. They would have broken down even more. So I loaded up our bowls and topped with the shrimp scampi. It was horrible. The texture was grainy. Not smooth at all. A bit on the heavy side. I won't buy this particular pasta again. Of course, after reading some of the negative reviews, I now see that cassava can possibly also contain lead. Maybe it's not enough to matter, but why risk it even if you like the pasta.

Ummm...not so good in all honesty
They are nothing like the real thing, matter of fact they barely resemble a wheat noodle. I get it they are non wheat and I am doomed to live a life of no wheat products, but...I was hoping these would at least resemble noodles. Better off using turnips and with my vegetable peeler I can make nice looking noodles and they taste great and the texture is al-detente which is a huge plus.
