These work very well. That is until they don't. But when flow seems to be restricted a bit, it's an easy and inexpensive fix to simply replace the aerator with a new one. The internals are not accessible for cleaning. Those were the days.My most recent experience with lower than normal flow from one of these aerators actually caused a water hammer situation on the hot water side of my plumbing on a bathroom faucet. I really don't understand exactly WHY, but replacing the aerator with a new one solved the problem. I don't have a problem keeping a couple of these on hand as I have 5 faucets that these are used on. If I get 3 - 6 months from one of them, that's o.k. by me. (mileage likely varies somewhat depending on your water supply adn conditon of your plumbing)

Water pressure is great and easy to install. Can do it yourself.

After I figured out how to take the old one off, which took months, I am happy with the results. I am woman and I know nothing about plumbing. The tool that I was using did not yield the results I was hoping for. I gave up after the first try. I found a YouTube video and discovered which tool I needed. I ordered it and it was easy as pie. It's been months since I replaced the old one and the new one works great. No issues.

This product is super amazing. My son has recently broken, the old one on our old sink, and we needed a replacement because the old ones sprayed out like a sprayer and it was very hard and rough and just made a overall mess and this one was easy to install. It was actually a blind purchase because I did not know if it was going to fit. I didn’t know if it was the right size and it turned out perfect Definitely 10/10 I would recommend

Easy to install and work as advertised.

The media could not be loaded.  Needed to replace aerator as the old one was reducing the pressure to a trickle. Tried cleaning it with chemicals and using compressed air first but it never recovered to 100 percent. Purchased this set. Installed in 10 seconds and back to original pressure. Noise is also the same . Cannot expect it to get better than original equipment so 5 stars it is. Will edit if something changes.
