I use these when I want to sleep through the night. However, if I need to get up in the morning and be ready to go, I stay away from them. Some residual sleepiness can occur to me.

Yes this product works. I have had a treable time following a sleep for a long time. I have tried several things. Including regular melatonin. With little success. I found this time release Melatonin. And it will get me to asleep and keep me asleep. If I have a issue with the time release melatonin, it stays with me for about 10 to 12 hours. So when I take one. I started talking it earlier. Around 7pm to 8pm so it will wear off when it is time for me to get up. I was waiting until around 10 pm and I could still feel the effects after I had to get up.

Take daily! Good sleep aid.

Helps later in the night. Wish it lasted even longer.

Omgoodness- ran out of my normal brand- purchased this- and haven’t slept well since taking it! Not sure what the difference is unless , the prolonged release … waking up at 2-3 am unable to fall back asleep …, Definitely not worth the $ !!
