This very attractive hat came with protective packaging. Impressive! The felt material is smooth & very lite weight. As I had worn it yesterday to an event, I barely noticed it on my head except for the several complements by others. The magenta color is classy. I did not like this hat it was cheap I sent it back with the other pink hat which I only got refunded on the pink hat not the black at
