How many calories per cup

I've looked closely at the packaging and it actually doesn't say how many calories per cup. I have a similar pack by Twinings that says it contains 2 calories per cup. I would think they are all somewhere between 2 - 5 calories per cup. Hope this helps!

Very enjoyable. Great fresh taste. Good product. Individual packets for each bag so maintain fresh flavour and smell.Recommend. Not sure on effectiveness for weight loss as yet.

I was expecting something more delightful taste wise given the listed ingredients but it was quite insipid. I only bought a couple of boxes before I came to my senses and cancelled the order because I just did not like the tea.I’ve not found any pain relief benefits from this tea.I think it’s ok value for money, although I would prefer if the product was organic.I’ve not noticed any effects on weight loss from this drink or others in the range. My weight has gone down, I think this has been due to reducing liquid calories, walking and eating better. Herb tea definitely cuts calories.
