The flowers were very nice, very smell lovely.The only downfall was the greeting card, no options on the listing to customise a greeting card and says some rubbish on it, rather have no greeting card sent if no message is put foward.However I would be happy to purchase again.

I'm not going to give these flowers a star because I don't think they'd serve it, but because I half to, 1 star only, it's a zero from me, I'm highly disappointed as these were meant to be a present for mother's Day for my mother-in-law, who has cancer, and I wanted to make it really special for her so I thought I'll get her some nice flowers, but when they turned up, they were welded soggy discoloured and broken. I wasn't happy with them at all and I won't be buying flowers from florist again absolutely disgusting!!!! And nothing like the picture. False advertising!!!!😡🤬

I never complain and this is awful! Looks nothing like the picture, I needed these flowers to look like the picture at least?! Not worth the money some flowers are brown, the bouquet itself looks half the size of the image, some flowers haven’t bloomed, I don’t see one Lilly and you don’t even get the box stand!

Bought this bouquet for my Mum for Mother's Day 2025. Ordered it the day before (Saturday 29th March) and it turned up the next day, as expected.My mum said when they were received they looked lovely, with some buds ready to come out. However, she said after two days some of the flowers and leaves started to brown, whci was disappoitnting to both her and me.I wouldn't recommend buying these based on my experience.

Most of the flowers arrived damaged and were nearly dead, quite shocked!I have had the flowers in water for a few hours now after cutting the stems. The allium is at a stage that I would normally think of putting it out. The lily has only two buds, the other two are missing completely. The rose is very soft and the three iris have been picked so early.i.e. No colour showing at all that from experience I very much doubt if they will manage to produce a flower. There was no water or moisture containing fabric to keep them in the box and some of the stems looked as if they had been stored in water for rather a long time I.e. starting to decay.All in all rather disappointing and you wouldn’t have bought them like that in a shop.Very difficult to contact the seller for a refund or replacement.

Really dissapointedHave purchased flowers from this company before and not had a problem, sadly flowers were drooping and of poor quality on this occasion, this was not value for money and the flowers were almost over.
