This raclette grill heats up well and cooks evenly, making it perfect for family gatherings. It’s easy to clean and comes with nice trays and spatulas. I love how it brings everyone together around the table to cook and enjoy the meal together. It’s been a fun addition to our kitchen!

I absolutely love this grill. It heats up fast and is so easy to clean. I also love the grill can be flipped to a griddle and makes great pancakes. I’ve done meat and kabobs on the grill plate side. I’m still not sure what to put in the 8 plates but I think I may try eggs! Comes just as described and totally worth it! It also doesn’t smoke at all. I’ve had other indoor grills that are smokeless but smoke and set off my fire alarms. Not with this one!

Really fun hosting idea that added a new dimension to family dinner and game night with friends. Cooking surface area is relatively small but we learned that pre-cooking the vegetables in sauté pan plus keeping meat slices under 1/2” thick made for much easier “flow” moving food on/off grill. The stone half cooks a little slower and is tougher to clean but otherwise works fine and gives unit a classy look.

There is nothing not to love about this. I took it to my Grandsons for Thanksgiving weekend. We had such fun cooking at the table. Even my Great Grandbabies were able to use the small trays and spatulas and make a mixture from the assortment of cheese, potatoes, and add ins. We used it again for breakfast. Sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms on top, eggs, pancakes and all manor of foods in the small trays. It was a great hit. It is very easy to clean and stores away in it's own box. I have been using it often to make tacos. Tortilla on one side and filling on the other. Ready in no time, and Voila! Brilliant addition to my kitchen.

I saw one of these years ago when I visited Switzerland and always wanted one. Its easy to use, warms up quickly, cleans easy. I feel safe letting my older kids cook on it. You don't have to use it in the traditional ways either. We've cooked burgers and steak on it :). My only critique would be sometimes its hard to find storage for it as its a larger counter top appliance.

We purchased the Cusimax grill thinking it would be a convenient addition to our kitchen, but it turned out to be a terrifying experience. On our third use, the grill suddenly started a fire! It wasn’t just a little smoke — it was an actual flame fire that could have caused serious damage. We were lucky to catch it in time, but it was extremely scary.We followed all the instructions and used it normally, so there’s no excuse for this kind of hazard. This is a huge safety risk. I cannot emphasize this enough — do not buy this product. It’s dangerous, and I’m shocked something like this is even allowed on the market.If you value your safety, stay away from Cusimax grills!

Was skeptical but used this today and the food was perfect. Grill heated up quick and cooked everything great! You will most likely need a 3 prong extension cord as well. Cant wait to use it again tomorrow!
