Bought on the recommendation of my physio to aid recovery after knee replacement surgery and it is definitely helping. Only needed a little more air adding which was very easy with the supplied pump.

Good quality and does what I need it to do: rehabilitate and strengthen my knee.

This is a good quality product which I bought on recommendation of my physiotherapist. It was easy to pump up with the included hand pump and needles (which have to be taken out of the pump holder and screwed in to one end of the pump.)Unfortunately I find the cushion hard to sit on (even having let air out) because of a very painful lower back condition which makes it painful for me to sit. This didn't releive my pain at all but made it worse. If someone didnt have this condition, these cushions would be very comfortable and helpful for posture.

I bought this cushion as I now work from home and seem to spend more time sitting at my screens than I did when I was in the office so thought that I could do with something to help my posture and ease backache. In terms of helping with posture it works very well, it does make you sit up straight and corrects bad posture, it is also easy to inflate with the pump provided but the downside is the comfort aspect - both sides of the cushion are textured, one side more so than the other but after about an hour of using the cushion it becomes very uncomfortable, the raised bumps dig into your legs and bum and actually give me pins and needles down the back of my legs. I need to try it with a small towel to see if that makes a difference but the cushion would be much better if one side was smooth and one side was textured. But in terms of posture correction is works a treat.

I bought this as a replacement posture cushion for one that was failing. It arrived partially inflated so that I could adjust it to my requirements. It was easy to inflate further with the pump included and clear instructions. It's very comfortable and does an excellent job of keeping me properly balanced while playing a music instrument. Good value.

Initially inflated too much. Need to have better guidance on how much to inflate. A great addition to my ever growing mini home gym.
