GLOBE Electric 52889 West 15" LED Integrated Desk Lamp, Matte Brass, 200 Lumens, Dimmer Rotary Switch

I have a rather small desk, so any lamp with a shade would be overpowering. Not only is this a minimalist design (which I LOVE!) but it is also remarkable functional: It dims or brightens with the turn of a knob, and the light bar can be turned and twisted up or down, i.e., positioned for where you want it to shine, like on your face for a selfie, or aim it down and out of your eyes. This is a wonderful design! This little lamp is much more functional than most big ones, and not expensive, either: A great value!

I am so glad I bought this desk lamp. It has the appearance of a costly Italian-designed desk lamp, and is well worth five times the price. The dimmer feature is very handy, the finish is drop-dead gorgeous, and the overall appearance is of a high end desk lamp. Don't hesitate to buy it!

It's slim design perfectly fits in the space between the music holder and the wall on my new digital piano. Super elegant, yet does not draw attention to itself. One push of the button on the bottom of the light turns it on noiselessly. I love it.

This is a pretty lamp and a great idea. But the cost cutting is excessive and it shows. The fit and finish is poor. I honestly wish the lamp was more expensive (yep I do) perhaps $80 and as a result the QC better and the material less flimsy. Things I like: the overall look and style. Things I don't like: the devil is in the details: (1) the LED strip plastic cover is not straight so from the side you will see how it varies along the edge of the tube; (2) the screws are not super strong and the lamp wobbles when you touch it; (3) it's not a left-handed lamp, it has to be on the right only. For these reasons I would not recommend unless you're looking for a quick cheap lamp to make a splash for a staging, AirBnB, or something like that.

It looks nice and the quality is very good. I definitely recommend it.

I have tried to purchase this desk lamp twice and keep getting sent a ceiling fixture (twice returned obviously). Purchase at your own risk. I’m done trying. If you actually get it - the desk lamp is good for what it’s worth and I was trying to get another.

Very cute and a practical solution if you have a plant in a space that doesn’t get enough light. That being said, as several other reviewers noted, after only a few hours of use the on and off switch no longer worked and mine is stuck in permanently on. The dimmer switch still works correctly, so I just dim it as low as possible when I don’t want bright light. It’s too bad. These people don’t fix the product because other than that switch thing this is a great lamp.
