Functional, does what it says it will!
Was surprised how well these worked!Purchased these specifically to stamp my trailer VIN into the frame rail because the OEM sticker was fading so badly.I was not expecting much for the low price, but these performed flawlessly and will continue to perform. They did not deform and held shape perfectly!(Pictures will not upload for some reason)Highly recommend!

Nice! Great price!
Nice inexpensive set. Light oil coating, to be expected. Used on aluminum and worked great. Seem to be pretty hard metal, hammer didnt make a mark on the upper end so I am thinking these would work fine on soft steel. Nice enough case, easy enough to make a wood rack if you want to spread out and organize. Satisfied!

Fantastic Quality but Oily
This is exactly what I was looking for. Easily legible and comes in a nice hard plastic storage case. All of it seems to be of nice quality but all of the punches and the entire box is completely covered in machine oil. Not that big of a deal to wipe off- just annoying that oil was all over the place and wasn’t expecting that. Like so much that it ran out of the box all over the cardboard box it was packaged in. (Not the amazon shipping box though). Would be five stars otherwise. Absolutely the best bang for the buck if you’re looking for a punch letter set.

Used for Vin Number marks on trailer
Works as advertised. Works phenomenally well on wood but I was also able to Punch my Vin Number into a steel trailer. You will have to use a Large Sledge Hammer and you may have to tap it several times with lots of force on 1/4 inch angle but the Die never lost its edge on steel over the course of a day punching Vin numbers onto trailers.

Cheap but good.
Just received yesterday. Tried this morning. So far the punches work well. Containers the punches come in are very cheap and was broken already when i opened the package. They should use a more durable container for the punches. And maybe hold back on the oil they put on the punches, it was a bit overkill. Guess we will see how well these punches hold up. Can't beat the price if the quality is there.

Work great on steel
I had to re do the numbers on my boat trailer and these worked well. Its a little hard to keep them steady while hammering but that may be normal. They stamped well and did the job. The case they came in makes it easy to keep track of them. Great product!

Used on heavy metal
Used on heavy metal with a hand sledge, could not read very well. Works great on softer metals, wood and leather.
