I haven’t checked if my vitamin D levels went up after using this, but technically it should work and perhaps even increase absorption. It has sweeteners, which makes it tastier but perhaps it’s not a healthy additive (though I suspect the quantity is too small for any negative impact). Overall I’m quite happy with this product as the spray’s convenience makes my vitamin D intake more regular than what it used to be when I took it in pill form.

I wanted to increase my Vit D levels during the winter. This spray is very pleasantly minty and easy to use. It’s good value for money as I feel it will last a long time at only 1 spray a day. It’s too early to judge its effectiveness but I will keep on taking it.

Good value, nice taste but not sure about absorbency

I live in Scotland.. so not much sun. This is a life saver. After a year of taking this, under tongue, I finally had my Vitamin D levels checked this January. They were at 83 ng/ml. Very nice and high, well within adequate range. While 50 is ‘normal’, and 75 is ‘high normal’, levels above 75 (and below 100) may offers some benefits.So glad I now know this fully works and is what it says it is.Spray itself has nice pleasant minty taste.

This is my go to Vitamin D. I find it more convenient than a tablet, it tastes nice and having on subscription means I never run out.

I struggle with tablets/pills. This was recommended to me by a friend and I find it so much easier to remember and take.I keep it by my pc and just spray it on the inside of my cheek or under my tongue before my morning coffee. The taste is slightly sweet and minty but does not linger.Very happy!

I took the vitamin daily, but blood tests still showed I was deficient. Easy to use, but unfortunately didn’t work for me as expected.
