This is the ingredients list on the package: Concentrated chicken stock (63%) (water chicken), salt, sugar flavourings, yeast extract, chicken fat (2%), potassium chloride, palm fat, gelling agents (xanthan gum, locust bean gum), garlic, carrots, leek, caramel syrup, maltodextrin, parsley, carrot juice concentrate, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary), colour (carotenes). **Note the British spelling of certain words.

is this 8 packs of 4 cups in a pack?

I think it is 8 pots altogether, 4 pots in each pack

What is the expiration date?

On the back of the cardboard outer package, in the white box (lower right corner) should be the “best use before” date - mine is 07/22. I hope this helps. Happy Thanksgiving!

Makes the best homemade gravy

I haven't been able to find these in any of my grocery stores for years. These are my go to for making gravy. I prefer homemade gravy and one of these elevates the flavor when you don't have any chicken juices/drippings (honestly, I don't always cook a homemade chicken). It's quick and easy and delicious.

Love the convenience of this item

I used to be able to find these in stores or online but in recent years, they have been impossible for me to find. I have a very tiny kitchen, so I love these little concentrated packs since they take up a fraction of the space in my pantry compared to a traditional carton of stock.
