Heavy duty
The weld on my horse gate broke off.. Making it inoperable. After looking at several products and reading reviews I purchased this. It worked perfect. Actually more heavy duty than what originally came with the gate.

Strong and nicely finished.
These work great on our 1 3/4 inch gate. Very strong. Nicely galvanized. Would buy again.

Cheaper than TSC
Same if not better than tractor supply and cheaper. Offshore as you'd expect but that's tsc also.

The thin post side of the hinge.
It worked great,I tried buying it at the local hardwate store bit they didn t have it,amazon did and installing it was easy peasy,now I have a gate that swings the way it was meant to,I added an 8 inch supporting wheel to make things easy and smooth,now even a child can swing the gate.

seems better than what I could find at local Home Depot
Not only does this seem to be better quality than what was at my local Home Depot, it is the right size! Who knew it would be impossible to source a 2" gate hinge locally? Arrived so fast! I spent more time going online and driving locally than it took to find, order, and receive on Amazon. I strive to buy local but hey with gas prices and time...

Finally able to fix a 16' gate with cheap stock hinge
Fantastic! Been dealing with a 16' Tarter gate with a 5/8 J-bolt for 3 years and this combined with a National Hardware N275-495 299BC 2 Inch Pipe Gate Hinge and some 2" EMT to reinforce the tube and it is stout now! SOOOO happy I found this

Worked
Replace the old one one on my gate that had spread apart. This one seems a little sturdier than the one that was original.
