Makes claims for contouring, firming and toning. I don't know how much I believe that, but if you use pretty much any cream twice a day and rub it in vigorously you'll probably feel a bit more toned due to the skin looking plumper. I can't see anything special in the ingredients to say that this will be better or worse than any other similar product on the market.The product is in a sealed tube - you need to remove the seal before use - I didn't realise it had a seal and squeezed it quite hard with no result before looking for the seal. Doh!The product itself has hardly any scent, which is fine by me, and is a translucent white - half way between a gel and a cream. It went on smoothly and rubbed in easily - it was quite cool on the skin, a bit like menthol or mint products but it's probably just the alcohol evaporating. It was nice enough but didn't blow me away. I'll keep using it to see if there is any noticeable change in my skin tone, but I'm not expecting too much to be honest.An ok product, and worth trying but don't set your expectations too high.UPDATEWOW, I eat my words! I have keratosis pilaris - those nasty little bumps you get on your upper arms (and other places). I've been using this cream every night after my shower on my upper arms and the difference is staggering. Smooth arms. SMOOTH ARMS! I can't tell you how happy I am. Thighs, bum and tum next. So happy. If this keeps up I'm buying a crate full.

This is a big size tube, so whilst not cheap you do get a lot for your money. The gel itself is sort of a cream/gel combo with a very subtle scent - which I’m glad of to be honest as nothing worse than an overpowering smell that follows you around! It goes on easily and absorbs well, no sticky residues on my clothing. I honestly haven’t noticed anything tone wise, but it has made my skin very soft and smooth, especially on the backs of my arms where I get very dry/bumpy skin (chicken skin as some call it) it’s definitely made a difference there, so yes I would recommend this product.

Do not use this if you have sensitive or dry skin my 1st use of this and my skin went extremely dry looked like I had used a skin peel my skin is awful after this

🌟 The Shape & Tone Body Gel comes in a 150ml squeeze tube➕️ I like to moisturise every day but I really hate using a moisturiser that feels thick and sticky on the body. I was glad to find that this moisturiser is light in texture and feels almost like a silky gel when applied to the body➕️ The moisturiser has a light scent to it that smells cool and refreshing, can't quite put my finger on the actual scent though! Having looked at the ingredients it appears to have a ton of ingredients in it, many of which are natural. Some of these include- Chlorella Vulgaris (algae plant derived- soothes and hydrates skin), Coleus Forskohlii Extract (boosts testosterone and induces fat loss), Carmellia Sinsenis (species of evergreen shrub- rich in bioactive compounds, improves immune system and boosts weight loss), Oarweed ( powerful properties- moisturises, remineralises, protects & nourishes skin), and a TON more. So the ingredients are definitely interesting!➕️ I've only been using this daily for a short time so I cannot comment yet on the promise to sculpt and tone, but using this morning and night, it's definitely left my skin looking and feeling good, especially my thighs in particular. The skin there looks as clear as anything, really gorgeous texture🌟 Overall the ingredients and results so far definitely make me want to continue using this lotion to see where it takes me. I honestly don't believe that any lotion in the world can sculpt my body, but I do believe they have the power to tone and firm skin to an extent, so I'm going to continue using daily.

It’s an okay product smells nice and can be used as a moisturiser but sadly no firming or body toning at all. Using every day twice a day as suggested but I’m not seeing any results which is disappointing.

This gel claims to shape, tone, firm, and contour the skin.Whilst it has a pleasant fragrance, is light and not a thick gel, perhaps even a little on the watery side when it comes to absorption, l can't see any difference in my thighs or arms, which is where l have been predominantly using the gel over a three to four week period, has loads of ingredients, but not a firming gel in my opinion.A little overpriced for a moisturiser.
