Not bulky, so it is comfortable to lay on or place under your leg. But not quite as flexible as I had hoped. Overall, does a good job.

Will cover your back nicely. Is a good size . Not to heavy, I think it will work for pain relief

Easy to use, just stick the gel pad in the freezer for a few hours and ready to go. The fabric cover isn't too thick so you can feel the cool. Overall decent product, not sure what else would make it 5 stars without spending money on something fancier, but gets the job done.

This ice pack work well for the use after my hip surgery.

The length is just perfect. It stays cold for so long. I use it for up to 30 minutes and it's still icy cold when I put it in the freezer. What such a great product. Definitely has helped my back pain. I've gone through a lot of ice packs and this one definitely is a must-have. I have zero complaints.

I have burning hot feet, as soon as I get comfortable in bed. My usual gel packs would last 2-3 hours and often I would wake up 5-6 in the morning with burning hot feet. I got this since it was much bigger and it stays cold enough from 11 pm to 9 am. It does get warmer as time goes by but it stays cold enough to keep me from waking up from burning sensation in my feet.

This ice pack is great for when you have back issues as it is large, it helps dull the pain and you can conform it to other areas that might be inflamed or painful.

It was a nice ice pack except I wanted to wrap it around my knee and it was stiff when frozen. It wasn't right for me.
