Love how cordyceps gives me the extra boost for cardio. I try to be careful with products that can damage your liver or heart but my doctor said cordyceps was safe to use. I have not noticed any ill effects. I take it about 3x a week before the gym. This is my favorite brand so far, I’ve tried at least two others and I feel the effects are slightly more noticeable with this brand.

I've been taking these for a couple of months. Seem to be very good quality. Host Defense is the only cordyceps brand I've tried.

Cordyceps actually does give you energy and it's not the jittery kind. Best quality cordyceps I could find and it lives up to the description.

My dog has a slow growing malignant tumor. He is 10 years old, and the only way to be sure we would get rid of the cancer is to remove his leg. He is a large dog and in no pain so we checked with three different vets: a holistic one, our regular vet, and an oncologist and arrived at a course of treatment. Toby's blood work is fine. He is now also getting Turkey Tail and Milk Thistle in addition to the previously mentioned regimen.. He has been being treated for the tumor 14 months now, and it is still not bothering him. He is now 11.

I love these capsules. The cordyceps really helps me run longer and breathe deeper. I also feel more clarity while working out and sharper focus.
