And the Biolyte answer that because of the natural sugars there is no spike in blood sugar is just not true. Natural sugars will always cause blood sugars to increase - unless there is a fiber content, which can slow the spike. This drink does not appear to have any fiber, of course. So, the suggestion this will not raise blood sugar needs to be questioned. The issue of carbs is particularly important to insulin dependent diabetics. If there are 19 grams of carbs and no fiber, the blood sugar will generally rise anywhere from 40 mg/dl to 80 mg/dl, depending on how active you are and how much blood glucose you burn naturally. So be mindful out there.

I agree that they don’t taste that great, but I like how I feel better when I drink them. My favorite is Tropical then Berry then Melon. Citrus is my least favorite. I treat them as I would a medicine. Health benefit before taste.
