I don't recommend these for someone with gastroperisis. They made me extremely nauseous and caused alot of stomach discomfort. I tried to push through hoping that the symptoms would subside. After about a week of taking them I was over the symptoms so I stopped taking them. I gave a 3 star rating because they did help my bowels to move which the reason I originally purchased them.

I have bought many of products from Life Essentials and they are a great product for the same cost at any drug store.
