I use this every day. It was perfectly sharp upon unboxing and remains so still, even after near nightly whittling and using it to cut ropes, cardboard, and whatever all else multiple times a day. I feel naked without it. And as a novice knife sharpener, the flat blade is a dream to sharpen. So far I've only stropped it here and there to maintain the edge, and that's been easy least. It's a beaut. I'm always on the hunt for great knives under $20 and this and my small Flissa are my 2 absolute favorites so far.

I just got this knife and am happy. It is a nice size and weight. Clips nicely in the change pocket of my jeans. I use it all the time for opening packages, cutting boxes down to size, and even as a kitchen knife. I was initially concerned that the screw-driver/bottle opener was exposed but that has not been an issue and just adds convenience.The knife does not have a blade lock but does have a very positive click to open and then resists closing enough so I am not concerned about the lack of a mechanical lock.

DANGEROUS! Be very careful with this blade. There is no grab to pull blade out. It has a stiff mechanism to open so opening is difficult. So is closing, but there is no blade lock so I almost took my fingers off trying to close it. I really can’t believe outdoor edge would release a product this dangerous. It is very sharp though. First knife I didn’t have to sharpen out of the box

I must admit I am a knife junkie and I bought this because It is a little different. This is now in my daily carry rotation and is my most used everyday knife. It holds a pretty good edge and is very easy to open with one hand there is no lock so it is also easy to close but not at all a danger due to no lock. As an electrician and commercial refrigeration mechanic the sturdy screw driver tip is very handy for opening panels and cabinets on equipment. I have used a lot of various utility knives some of the do it all types but this one is by far my favorite. I am also impressed by the fact that with all the use and abuse I have already given this little guy it is still tight. All i can say is Getyesum.
