I bought this tarp to have a smaller option than my DD 3x3 tarp without needing to break the bank.It seems to be very durable though i have not yet found myself needing it in any extremes. It's just a day hike back up shelter tarp for me really.It would make a good ground sheet.I was going to give it 4 stars as it could use more tie out points and perhaps being closer to a square but I'm not going to hold that against it as I knew this before buying.If you don't need the full range of options that a squared tarp with all the necessary tie out points would give then I can recommend this tarp.It doesn't get much use with me but I do always take it in case and I've tested it enough to know I trust it.

Used this on the first camp under my OEX Phoxx 2, it worked perfectly. Will likely buy another and some poles so I can use it for shade or wind break on wild camps as its so lightweight.

Well used and its stood up well so far. Well made, waterproof, yes, dries fast too and its quite thick but also lightweight.fantastic for the OEX 2 man phoxx 2. Protects the tent for £14! (Price 2024) And, I always think it saves my air mat too, not cheap to buy so I protect.

Nice kit but doesn't really block the sun. My solar lights can still charge through it. Yes it creates shade but only mild heat difference. Pegs seem strong and are light with a handy pouch though. It does repel water but I've not tested sustained rainfall.
