The media could not be loaded. Good value for money, very lightweight - which concerns me a little as most of the contraption (the moving parts) is made of plastic so I feel like i need to handle it carefully. Correctly stored (IE not under heavy stuff) and not throwing the thing around I see no reason it shouldn’t be in a working condition indefinitely, as the moving parts are plastic there’s nothing to seize up/warp etc.The ‘core’ is metal, with plastic parts stuck onto it, and a decent bit of foam around the bottom to hold onto, which makes it comfortable and easy to use.Fits my 5-band webbing straps just fine, and they are reasonably chunky.The overall quality is reflected in the relatively low price for a specialist tool like this.It does the job very well indeed - winds up straps as fast as you can turn the winder, so it’s quick! A real game changer compared to winding up straps with no mechanical aid. Has improved my truck-work life considerably, makes me smile every time I use it, but then I do like a gadget!

This is by far the best bit of kit for time saving I have bought in quite awhile

It does work and it’s quicker than hand rolling but cranking handle too short, lot of resistance when rolled strap gets heavy and a two-pronged strap guide would stop it flapping about. Might modify it myself if I don’t get the hang of it.

This winder is fantastic and a must have for all truckers. Whether you have to wind up 2 or 22 straps, It's so quick, Easy and rolls straps up perfectly.This is my second one, As unfortunately the previous one met its end under the truck and was destroyed. However, It's a hard wearing, Well constructed, Good quality piece of kit. Highly recommended.

Works perfect had it about a year it's still going strong done 1000's of straps and still working fine , been flung around , got dirty proper used and yep no complaints even my work mates use it when needed

Now I've got used to it each strap takes 40 seconds. You just have to watch for twists in the strap. The rolled straps are easier to throw.It could do with a longer winding handle.First one lasted a number of months. The last one lasted 2 weeks before the head came off. Let's hope this one is better.

Should have bought one years ago, quick, easy and saves time, highly recommend

Bought for husband wasn’t sure about it at first but once one of the lads showed him how to use it said is good he had same trouble when he got his after a bit of trial and error finally worked it out apparently you use it up side down but a lot easier than doing straps by hand
