Good product and good brand
Very good for Hot Flashes when you take them with Vitamin E or Evening Primrose or Black Cohosh.

wild yams
i like that fact that these are vegan pills- it is so important to KNOW what we are putting our bodies. what with all the GMOs and horrible things in our food supply. started taking them for HOT flashes- didn't make them disappear but they are not as often (2o-25 a day) now only about 10 a day- thank GOD. Now I can sleep for 4 or 5 hours at a time without waking up in night sweats!!

Helpful product
This product is a big help to my wife who is suffering under the effects of menopause. It help to decrease the symptoms such as hot flashes.

Doesn't work for me
Based on the reviews, I had such high hopes that this would help my hot flashes, and it hasn't. I even tried taking one wild yam in the AM and one in the PM. I may try to add evening primrose based on another person's review, but the Wild Yam alone doesn't work for me.

I disliked how it started my hot flashes over again.
