Excellent odour eater!
Have used this scores of times on carpets, causes no damage even to wool carpets. Also used as area spraying for those hard-to-reach areas and on walls. Great results. Have also used it as fabric freshener on throws and clothing. It does have a light fragrance but yes, that disappears, too. Does not just mask odours but dismantles the bacteria based cause. Mild to your skin. Repeated purchases as it is very useful and multi-purpose.

Amazing!! Saved sofa and new carpet
This stuff is AMAZING! Our pup pooped on a new carpet and all over our sofa - and not a solid one!The sofa cover came up as new after a soak and wash with Oxi, the foam was a different story. It had seeped and the smell was disgusting - I had no idea how to clean and remove the odour. This worked on the first spray, i doused it all over and then left out in the sun to dry. The smell has gone completely and it smells super fresh now.The carpet i’d scrubbed twice but it still stank and the stain was huge, brown and very noticeable. I again sprayed super liberally and within 2 hours it’s like new.

It's fine, but not a miracle worker
One of our cats decided to use a corner of the landing as a litter box and left us with a puddle of cat pee about 2ft wide to get out of the carpet and floor boards. While this stuff has helped it hasn't been the miracle other reviewers have made it out to be. I've scrubbed the boards and carpet repeatedly with white vinegar and baking soda and have now used nearly a full bottle of this and I can still smell cat pee, not as bad, but it's definitely still there. Hopefully a few more applications will help. Also, the spray trigger is a pain to use, it's quite flimsy and just wants to twist round while in use so I have to wrap a piece of tissue round it to stop it slipping out from under my fingers.Smells great though so that's a plus.Edit: I'm now on my second bottle, it's a great cleaner for households with pets, makes the house smell lovely and fresh. Much better than regular disinfectant sprays. I think our landing carpet was just too far gone, it ended up in the bin. If only we'd noticed what the cat was up to sooner!

It works!
It has a pleasant, mild mint fragrance. I have a cat that will leave urine puddles on the floor, especially when my child leaves clothes on the bedroom floor. There were some clothes that had been left for some time so you can imagine how bad they smelt. I sprayed them liberally before washing in the machine and they came out without a trace of the accrid stale urine smell.

Overpowering scent
It seems to work but I'd recommend using this and then keeping pets out of the house for a bit as the smell is very overpowering, if anything it masks bad smells

Absolutely brilliant product that works!!
I truly believe this works better than any other chemical or natural product. I've tried loads with limited, if any success.I've been using it for the last TWO YEARS, so I feel that I have given it a fair run for its money. I have a poorly cat and without going into too many details, I can tell you I would not be sane without 'Naturally Gone' as my poor cat has tested all of the claims that it makes on the sales spiel that it can work on..... whilst chemical treatments may work on the stain (disputable), it just covers the awful smell with another smell. As soon as the second chemical smell disappears, the original ghastly smell is still there. Naturally gone treats the problem and gets rid of it for good. This is the only product I will buy now I urge you to consider trying it, as I don't think you will look back!

Works on stains and odours. Excellent.
I’ve used this on recent cat urine and year-old bloodstains. I’ve yet to find a problem this stuff can’t solve. As long as your stain comes from a biological source, it’s likely this will do the trick. This is because it’s not a bleach: enzymes (the same things that break down food in your digestive tract) literally break down the proteins in the stain. Two key things apply to all enzyme based cleaners:1. You need to really saturate the area. It has to be sopping wet, don’t let the spray bottle make you think otherwise. If your finger doesn’t hurt, you’ve not sprayed enough - or just unscrew the top and pour.2. Give it time. This isn’t a quick process. Keep it wet for 24 hours at least.Biological stains & odours like cat urine, vomit, blood are always tricky. Speaking from experience, if you follow the instructions and persevere, you’ll likely see results with this stuff. It might not smell great, but it smells a lot better than Simple Solution. Or cat piss.

It Works
It works! Does what it's supposed to! Subtle scent, nothing too offensive.
