So glad I discovered this.
If you're a women in menopause or pre-menopause buy this! It's the only way I can sleep these days. Along with exercise, my magnesium and DHEA about 1 hour before bed, everything works again in my world with a solid 7 hrs of sleep. I also asked my doctor about it, she said it was a great supplement for me to add to my vitamins. Ask your doctor if it's right for you.

Amazing product without nonsense
This product specifically helped me target my issue of abnormally low testosterone levels. I searched for a DHEA supplement that didn’t have all the extra ingredients I didn’t need. I need DHEA for its benefit specifically and this product contained just that and the cellulose capsule! Within 8 weeks of taking it every other day my testosterone level went from not showing on the graph (< 3) up to a 9! Normal for my age and ect is 8-60 so this was a huge success thanks to this product.

Great product
Clean and affordable. I checked my lab values after being on it and levels in blood definitely went up! Caution I recommend only using this under doctors guidance or regular monitoring as it can increase estrogen and testosterone.

It seems to help a little
I think it helps a bit with my energy and mood. I take 50 mgs per day. I'm 48 years old and strength training. It seems to help me with recovering from workouts, nothing Earth shattering for me though, your mileage may vary
