Can you please tell me the specific mgs for L-theanine, 5-htp, and ashwaghanda? I need to know specific doses for each of these

It didn’t ever make me tired. It may affect others differently but I think the balance between the valerian root and GABA (which may cause sleepiness) versus the HTP, theanine, and ashwaganda (more neutral effects) is perfect. I took 500mg of gaba on its own and it did make me sleepy so I definitely had to switch to something I could be efficient during the day.

Will this affect the effectiveness of hormonal IUD birth control?

Zenium daily does the job.

Zenium is a blessing. My wife has been taking the Tranquility blend for a few years now. She was sitting in her office one day & said her menopausal mood was crushing her spirit. Nerves are not through the roof anymore.

I like the ingredients in the capsule. I only been taking for a week and the only difference I notice is I am not coming home from work with my nerves shot. I am going to keep taking them morning and night. For me, managing stress and anxiety is a day by day thing.

Did not relax me.

I tried 1 pill only. For me it didn't make me feel relaxed, more so on edge. There really is no one pill that works for everyone so it's understandable. This has good reviews, maybe because it has a blend of other ingredients, not just Mag. or Ash. only which is why I purchased it. I might try it again.Note - this is Not returnable through Amazon.

Please do your research- ended up in the hospital

This stuff is dangerous. Ended up in the hospital several times after using this a few weeks. It caused heart palpitations and horrible anxiety. This stuff should be banned. My god.
