Revolutionary and a great value
The media could not be loaded. This headlamp is a fantastic value. I have purchased handheld flashlights that have cost up to $200 from other brands such as Fenix, Streamlight, ThruNite, Klarus, Jetbeam, Convoy, etc. Over the years, it has been something if a hobby for me, and I have spent way too much on flashlights. That said, I had never purchased a headlamp. It just never seemed like the best bang for my buck, like I could get more performance for my dollar in a handheld flashlight of comparable price. However, as I am currently potty training a new puppy and find myself picking me up and chasing after him at all hours of the night, I thought it might be nice to try a hands-free option.Of course, my initial instinct was to do a ton of research, find out which one is the best, and get that one. I looked at the top brands, primarily Petzl and Black Diamond. I was looking at waterproofness, battery options (aaa and rechargeable), brightness, runtime, build quality, comfort, and features. I the end, I determined that the right headlamp for me would cost around $60 at a minimum. I had added two of these to my cart and was preparing to check out when I decided to search "rechargeable headlamp" just to see what budget options were available. What I found was that there were several options to buy a pair of rechargeable headlamps for $20 total, or $10 apiece. Not only that, but they had decent reviews.Rechargeable is a must in an everyday (non-emergency) flashlight. As most headlamps take aaa batteries, and I only use energizer ultimate lithium batteries in my flashlights, each recharge saves me about $4. If I end up recharging this headlamp twice a week for one year, it will have saved me $400 in batteries. If it lasts 2 years (which I absolutely believe it will), it will have saved me $800.(Alkaline batteries can explode in flashlights and ruin them. Last year, lost like $200 worth of flashlights when the Duracell batteries that I had always trusted exploded in them. Lithium batteries do not explode and have a shelf life of 20 years.)Long story short, I got the cheap one to use as a beater, just to walk the dog. However, it had ended up being my most-used flashlight in the house. I often find myself walking around with it on my head in the middle of the day because it is so useful. Headlamps are great. Because if the light being positioned so close to your eyes, shadows aren't really an issue. This lamp has high/low spot, high/low flood, red flood, and red flash options. I find myself using high spot exclusively when outside for walking the dog, and high flood exclusively when inside for working in the garage/car/closet or any other place where lighting is anything less than optimal. The spot is bright enough to light up the entire side of my house from ~50 feet away, and the floor is perfect for making it look like the lights are on high in whatever corner of the house you are working in. The flood option is also great for reading! My wife has recently been using a clip-on book light when reading inside even during the day due to eye fatigue. (We are not old people. She is 25 and I am 29.) But the flood that comes off of this flashlight is so much brighter and more natural that I think it is going to replace the reading light altogether. The spot modes have a good mix of spot spill. The flood mode is soft around the edges and very natural looking with no artifacts. The red flood mode has a ton of artifacts and is very messy looking. If you plan to use the red flood for night vision, this may not be the headlamp for you. However, I do not plan to ever use that mode, so I will not hold it against the headlamp. Finally, the flashing red mode is also pretty useless for my purposes, but would be fantastic if you were riding a bike or walking down a street at night. The strap is very comfortable and had not caused any headaches. The part of the lamp that touches your forehead has a piece of very soft foam that makes it easy to wear the lamp for long periods of time without any pain.I do not use the proximity sensor / hands-free mode because when I wave my hand in front of the light to turn it on, the light hits my hand right in front of my eyes for a moment and it is extremely bright and uncomfortable. Hoerver, for anyone considering purchasing this headlamp, I will briefly run through the operation. The light has two buttons on top. The button in the right cycles through spot high, spot low, flood high, flood lie, red flood, red flash, off. The left button (with the picture of a hand) cycles through spot high, flood high, off. However, when in either of those two modes that are activated by pressing the button with the picture of a hand, the light can be turned on and off by waving your hand in front of the headlamp. I think this is so that if you were wearing gloves or something that caused you to be unable to push the buttons, you could still toggle the light on and off.Overall a great headlamp for my purposes and an amazing deal for the price. Unless you are an absolute flashlight snob or have very particular and specialized needs, this headlamp should work for pretty much anybody who needs a hands-free light. (And if you have not tried a headlamp, I highly recommend that you do. Having both hands free to work and having perfect illumination on whatever you are working on has been revolutionary for me. I should have gotten one years ago.)

Great lamp for the price. Great customer service.
I ordered these in March of 21 and they are really nice. Extremely bright for the price point. I didn't expect much out of a $10 headlamp but these are bright enough that if I am using them in the garage or around the house, I will actually use a the lower settings as the brightest is a torch. They are light weight and the strap is easily adjustable. The number of "modes" is convenient and useful. Being able to turn them off with the motion sensor is pretty cool as well, but I do find myself turning them off/on inadvertently if I am doing any close-up work with them. I usually just use the regular on/off mode. One of my lamps had a malfunction and would just run through every mode while charging and wouldn't turn off/on once fully charged. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they quickly sent me a replacement. I am super happy with that and my co-worker asked me to send the link for them after he saw them in my office and tried them out.

Great headlamp, don't be put off by the charging cable and a bit of a faulty charge indicator
I'm amazed how well these headlamps work. Bought 2 back in Dec 2021, and after some adjustment find these to be fantastic. The adjustments deal with the charging, and it's 2 things! 1) the charging cable is crap, but it's a standard connector type so just use a better one! And, 2) the charging indicator lights are crap - they'll indicate it's charging almost as soon as the cable is plugged into it (regardless of whether the other end is plugged in). So, 1) with 2) makes it seem like the things aren't holding a charge, but in fact 1) means it might not be charging, while 2) fools you into thinking it is!Fully charged, we can get ~ 1hr on the high beam (which is almost all I use). It's plenty bright for walking at night and I get better brightness from it then I do from our big streetlights (though a smaller area). I'm not a fast runner, but it's worked well enough for me running as well, though I doubt I'd try to bike with it - it's just not quite enough for that kind of speed. We also use them a lot for working around the house, and it's a great asset to my old eyes! You can point the headlamp down in incremental settings, but I wish it wasn't incremental. I also love the motion sensor when I'm walking, but tend to avoid it when I'm working around the house. Also love that these are rechargeable (vice burning through batteries). We just bought 2 more so they're readily available around the house.

Excellent headlamp
I do a lot of work at night and a good headlamp is crucial to my job. I've bought many expensive headlamps and been dissatisfied for the price I paid so I decided to try a cheaper model.I'm incredibly happy with this product. It's lightweight, comfortable and very bright. The hold button function to turn the light off is very handy. It is a 5 out of 5 product except for battery life. My only complaint is the batter life on high is only a few hours - 3 to 5 hours. Charging does take a while. But you get two so as long as you charge and rotate you will be fine for extended use. I highly recommend this product. It's cheap, comfortable, and works as well as more expensive models.

Great Features and Quality
I bought this headlight for my night walks and I am very happy with it. It has different levels of light intensity, so I can adjust it according to the darkness and battery life. It also has angles of the light, which allow me to tilt the light up or down depending on what I want to see. The best feature is the sensor option, which lets me turn the light on or off by waving my hand in front of it. This is very convenient when I need to use my phone or talk to someone. The light is very bright and clear, and it really lit the sidewalk helping me see any obstacles, black ice, and also helped as a safety device. I felt more confident and secure walking at night with this headlight. It is also comfortable to wear and easy to charge. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a reliable and versatile headlight.

Lots of features and a bright light.
Bought these lights to replace my older headlights. They are much brighter and have more functionality to them. I like the sensor light on light off function which I didn’t even know existed when I bought them. I would buy them again.
