Grisi Sulfur Soap for Acne - 4.4 ounce (Pack of 6)

I don't usually let myself run out of this soap. It seems to be very good for my rosacea! I have found that if I use this to wash my hair or my beard and I use it under my arms since it is great for killing bacteria without having to apply deodorant most days (I still do especially if I'm going out but sometimes I forget and I never notice any odor anymore). Like I say it seems to help with the rosacea issues and I have found that if I use tea tree oil and spray a few sprays into my shampoo bottle and shake it up really well The combination of the tea tree oil and the sulfur soap definitely helps my rosacea! I don't run out of this product anymore. This was a fine price for the set of six bars. It lasts a long time. I don't think it smells bad, I don't ever notice it on my person. As a matter of fact it definitely controls bodily smells and mites do not seem to like it at all which is one of the causes of rosacea. A lot of people do not know this.

Sulfur is one of the oldest and most effective non-prescription treatments for acne and other skin problems. I keep this soap in the house for my teens and for my own occasional outbreak. I have noticed that it often works for people that benzoyl peroxide isn't effective for.It's easy to use. Work up a lather on wet skin and then leave it there for 10 minutes before rinsing. Do this twice a day and in my experience, you will begin to see significant improvement in 3-5 days. I keep it at the sink and in the shower, which is great for teens who have some acne on their backs. As with all acne treatments, washing more than twice a day is irritating and drying to skin, which can actually make it worse, so stick to twice daily.My daughter also uses Pomade De Azufre Sulfur Ointment 2.6 Oz Acne Cream De La Cruz along with the soap because it seems to lessen redness and scarring from acne and also keeps the pimples from getting dry and flaky while healing, which looks bad under makeup.You can also use the soap as shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis, common in teen boys. It worked wonderfully for one of my sons.I personally like the smell of this soap. It seems to have an herbal smell, in addition to the not so great sulfur smell. However, the smell dissipates quickly so it isn't a problem if you don't like the way it smells.One of the biggest bonuses is that it is very inexpensive. If you have issues with acne or other minor skin problems, this might be just the thing to keep it under control.UPDATE: One of my older sons has tinea versicolor and we discovered that this sulfur soap gets rid of it! He has it on his neck mostly and in the Texas heat, it gets bad in the summer months. He showers with the soap and leaves the lather on his neck for a few minutes before rinsing and all the spots have disappeared.

I've been using this soap for almost a year now. When washing my face, the scent is not bad. However, when I left it in my soap dish on top of my bathroom sink I noticed a strong unpleasant odor. At first I thought there was a problem with the plumbing because it smelled like sewage! I checked every sink and bathroom in my house before I determined that the odor was coming from that bar of soap. I bought a travel plastic soap case that keeps it enclosed and voila! Problem solved. I didn't want to give up on it because I noticed the difference in my complexion. I have occasional adult acne and rosacea. This soap helps with both problems and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean.

This is my second order or the 6 pack of soap.I love this soap! It does have a strong sulfur scent, but all the benefits are worth the smell.Has gotten rid of a case of scabies on my kids, along with neem oil. Never had to use any chemical pesticides.I use this on my face and my skin has a youthful glow and it gets rid of any sort of acne breakouts quickly.My boyfriend was using it as hand soap for the last couple weeks and noticed that a wart that has been on his hand for months is now gone. I’m sure it’s from the soap as sulfur is known for healing.I would recommend this product to anyone.If you have drier skin and you use it as a face wash, just make sure you use something hydrating like rose oil or hemp oil as a face moisturizer after using the soap.I’m nearly 30, I have 4 children and people always comment on how young I look and how my skin is glowing. This soap definitely helps with a youthful glow!

I’ve had acne since I was a preteen. I’m 32 now and still have very small breakouts occasionally and I owe a huge thanks to this soap for decreasing the frequency and extremity of my breakouts. Since my preteen years I’ve used almost every acne medicine out there: accutane-it worked for 2 years and the acne came back, tretonin & retina-worked for a while then the acne came back, tazorac-was too irritating, acanya-worked for awhile and then stopped working, proactive didn’t work for me, murad didn’t work either. Aveeno products didn’t work for me. But With all that being said I was able to stop paying so much money for prescription meds when I started using this soap, an apple cider vinegar/water mix as my toner and this very light natural organic face oil for oily & acne prone skin that I found on Etsy. I follow the regimen above twice a day (I only use the oil once a day in the am before I leave home, I don’t use the oil at bedtime, just the soap and apple cider vinegar/water mix). Using the regimen mentione above has cleared up my acne and prevents breakouts, my skin texture is smoother, my pores have shrunk, and my dark spots have lightened tremendously. Also once a day at bedtime I exfoliate with this soap and a vanity planet face brush. This soap worked miracles for me!!!
