This is so effective for muscle pain and cramps. I was hurting horribly and couldn’t sleep and I used the Theraworks foam. It was so easy to apply, was not greasy, oily or sticky and started working quickly. I was amazed at what a difference it made! I didn’t hurt at all the next day and was able to sleep after I used it. I will definitely order again. Great value for us!

Gotta love it when a safe, inexpensive, over the counter product works so well at solving a stubborn, intrusive problem like middle-of-the-night agonizing cramps. I started using this when my legs cramped in the middle of the night and was so amazed at how quickly it worked. Then, I decided to use it every night before bed, and no more cramps. Just hope they never stop making it. I went from waking up almost every night to never, ever getting nocturnal leg cramps.

Works for me 90% of the time, on my second bottle. Just rub it in, for cramps in feet and legs at night. Made a mistake and ordered the foam dispenser, good deal! Work much better than the spray bottle delivery.

I'm a pretty skeptical person, especially when it comes to "miracle" products. I was actually shocked by how fast and how well this worked! It provided nearly immediate reliefA couple of things to know:1. It's watery - like thin hair mousse2. It has virtually no fragrance. Part of me expected it to not work because I didn't smell like a locker room - silly me3. The "2 pumps" was *a lot* - it takes a long time to rub in and I found that 1 pump produced the same result4. The second immediate application may not be necessary5. It worked equally well (and quickly) on a giant knot causing back and shoulder pain *and* sciatic pain6. Again - it's not a lotion or a cream - it's a watery foamI am a customer for life

I bought this, as a gift for my husband, who works too hard, and often wakes with cramps, in the middle of the night. He’s not impressed with it. He may be too dehydrated, to get a good effect. We didn’t throw it out, or anything. He just didn’t get the effect that others have gotten. Case by case basis. Maybe it will work better, for others. The application was easy, and it is a good value, for the money. Non sticky.

Did not believe all the hype so I decided to try it. After months of use, I can say without a doubt it totally relieves my end of the day leg cramps!
