Check washers present before installing.
Nice taps. Seem sturdy and smooth to turn on and off. The inclusion of the long spanner for the fixing nut makes installation easier, and was a nice touch. Very good value for money.Unfortunately the washer was missing off of one of the hoses, which I didn't notice until I had installed the tap, so I had to remove the tap and do it all again. Luckily I was able to use one of the washers from the hoses on the old tap I was replacing. Make sure you check everything is present before you start!

Good quality tap, reasonably easy to fit!
Would have been five stars but the plastic box spanner was too thick to fit the nut once the tails were in place.Invest in a decent set of box spanner’s before you try it fit and even then it’s not easy!Also try to get a nut with a 10mm outer rather than 12mm as supplied. There is very little space between this nut and the tails and that extra 2mm really helps!My old taps had the smaller nut so I used that which made life much easier!Once fitted though it works well and great value for money!

Very good value for the price. They work perfectly and look good too.We purchased a second set for our other bathroom.

Pop up failed
Tap & pop up fitted but pop up work for 4 wks then popped out completely- mechanically failed. After contacting the seller and provided photos the seller stated I had dismantled the pop up? The pop up must be held in place by a small hook inside the plug hold - this has failed and so the pop up & spring ‘popped out’ the seller stated I could by a replacement from the seller’s company- no chance of this happening- Very disappointed by the response.

Good quality
As a retired kitchen bathroom installer, I needed a quick fix for our broken tap in bathroom and needed to match our bath shower mixer, I figured it with ease the quality for the price is very good and in some cases better than you’d get from your major DIY store or trade outlet, nice diffuser in the spout water comes out in the ‘champagne’ styleAll in all very impressed

Nice quality
Lovely heavy quality tap with ceramic handles. It looks lovely on the new vanity unit. I didn't fit it myself, but didn't hear any complaints from the chap that did.
