everything or every herb is not going to work for you or do for you what it does for someone else, the trick is find one that does through trial and error. Maca Root did not do much for me as far as energy is concerned, so i used the remainder of it in my vegetable smoothes for that nutty flavor and texture, Maca root is neither a hit or miss i didn't gain or lose weight with it. My goal was for extreme energy and it didn't perform as i had expected

I just ordered this product a few months ago for about $38 and now the price is $500! I am wondering why the change??

Can you tell me what variety of Maca you use? Is it red, black, yellow, or a combination of these?

It is yellow Maca.But it is unfortunately out of stock.But we do have another product that is called Maca Cocoa and it is a mix of the yellow raw organic maca powder with raw organic cacao powder.Type in 'Maca Cocoa' in the Amazon search field and you will find it there. It is the first product that comes up on that search.
