Can i pair these with the fluance rt81 turntable or will i need additional pieces?

You'll need to buy a stereo to serve as an amplifier. Sony has a great one for around $100.

No, these are a passive speaker and would have to be connected to an amplifier of some sort.

Are any cables included in the box with these speakers? If not, what cables are recommended? I will be using these for my turntable.

Thanks for your question David! The speakers stands we offer do not attach to the speakers, they would sit on the platform with a cut out for the wire to run through that platform, through the pole, and to your amplifier/receiver.
