Perfect fit

My handycams were listed as compatible devices, Sony DCR-H20 and Sony DCR-HC38. The battery was compatible with my DCR-HC38 but NOT with my DCR-HC20. Initially it turned on, let me adjust some settings but then showed a blue screen saying “ Use InfoLithium battery only” even though both camcorders are listed as being compatible for this battery. Luckily it works for 1/2 so I’m keeping them.Otherwise they’re great. They charge well & hold a charge well. Make sure you use a high speed USBC otherwise it will only charge one battery at a time, and not both. I used my iPhone USBC charger & cord.

After receiving my batteries and charger. I discovered the charger was defective. I sent a message through amazon and this seller had a new one in the mail right away. New charger is working great. Thanks for such a smooth experience.
