Where is the gasket that is failing on the Toto fill valve? I have pulled out my in wall fill valve but am not sure which part I need to replace.

Thanks for your question, I was confused as well. There is another gasket on the TOTO fill valve at the water inlet side (the one visible when you remove the yellow compression clip). It is NOT this gasket. What you do is to gently unsnap the top blue cover on the fill valve, unsnap the levers, then give the white plastic disc a turn with pliers. Go easy. The black rubber diaphragm on the TOTO pulls out and you can discard it and replace with the silicone one from the Geberit assembly. The plastic pieces on the Geberit are of no use. Unless the thing is cracked, the TOTO assembly will work perfectly!
