I bought this for our small business and it's perfect. It's very sturdy, holds the cups and lids nicely in place and there is a holder for creamers at the bottom.

This worked perfect to organize our office breakroom coffee area. Cups and creamers/sweeteners fit great. Reason for a 4 is I wish the bottom area was a bit larger to fit stick sticks properly. Otherwise, happy with my purchase.
