Arrived in 2 days as promised. The package arrived in the box as pictured, closed and vacuum sealed, looks new, with NO damage to the item, box was intact with no evidence of wear and tear. The expiration is listed March 2015. The chocolates inside are all intact, nothing damaged/smushed, each piece is individually/fully wrapped. They are easy to unwrap, with just a short tug at each end of the wrapping, the sides will unwind and the center opening will be visible. At room temperature, the exterior/shell of the chocolates are solid enough that they will not leave excess on your hands. Although, they are soft enough to bite into without the use of teeth. Making it easy to eat, for the very young, and the very old. The centers have a noticeably softer texture, it seems to be condensed just enough to avoid liquid form, but still solid enough to stay within the chocolate shell. Each piece has an "air bubble" within, but it does not effect to the chocolates. The individual chocolates are light and portable. The chocolate filling seem to help keep the shell intact against soft pressure, such as storing them in a purse/book bag. Also, they are sustainable in room temperature and even slightly hotter temperature. For example, if left in a purse, inside of a car during Springtime, (but not in Summer, that is too hot).On a personal note. The box is bigger/heavier than I thought, I have to use both hands to carry it. I bought a box of 120 count so I can separate into christmas bags for the children. Since opening the box, the chocolates seem to be evaporating, and then I find little blue wrappers all over my house. I need to purchase another box.

Yummmmers! A creamy soft very dark chocolate inside enveloped within a firm crunchable shell. You wonder how to eat it - just pop it in and bite, or nibble at the shell to get at the creamy filling...

Every piece bloomed. Most likely due to long exposure to heat from improper storage. This is unacceptable. For the price, I expect to get them in the condition that they are supposed to be. Yes they are perfectly fine to eat but very unacceptable.

I buy these dark chocolate truffles in the bulk package every year for Valentine's Day. We get them a little early so we can pack up little gift packs for the staff. This year that's not going to happen. Chocolates are ashy and some seem to be a bit melted. Ordered them during the cold front so its not the shipping. Definitely disappointed. First dud in five years of holiday orders.UPDATE: Amazon customer service BOT said I was out of return/replacement period. Was finally able to reach Customer Service Chat. They refunded my purchase and I reordered the product. Second round arrived fast and in perfect condition with plenty of time to use for St Valentine's Day.Review updated from 1 star to 4. What’s not to love about these chocolates but the calories. Great price and convenient shipping to your door.
