Undoubtedly go for it the main purpose of buying the vibration machine is to relieve calves pains which I’m suffering from few days in the age of 37 it is so bad to say. But this machine has reached my expectations where I’m know pain free due to good circulation of blood to top to bottom. I can say this is very useful to housewives and old people who are not regular to workout and walking….,,

The media could not be loaded. I use it after my MMA to relax my muscles from all the training and hits i take. My mom also uses it as she doesn't want to go down and walk. So it benefits us both.
