Perfect for cooking Thai mussel pancake

I bought it specifically to make Thai-style mussel pancake "Hoi Tod" and not disappointed. The size is perfect for my gas stove top. I can even use it with the outdoor burner. The seasoned surface is non stick and easy to maintain. Because this is cast iron which retains heat really well, my pancake is so easy to cook to make it crispy.

Great for the Price

Fits my Weber grill perfectly. It nice thickness and distributes heat from the charcoal well. It came seasoned, but I'm going to re-season it so hopefully it be better in the non-stick aspect of cast iron. This item costs about half of what the Weber one did, and the only difference I can tell is that it doesn't have their logo on it.
