2005 Toyota Camry LE - it fits
It fits and feels solid. I got the 0.5 x 0.75 x 0.5 but you can get 0.5 x 0.55 x 0.5 size. The one that I got was longer than the original.

They fit my 2016 Rav4
Bought these to use instead of the cheap ones that came with my plate holder. Supposed to be stainless steel, although I didn't test them. They are definably better quality than the ones thrown in the pack with the holder. They were a bit long for my front plate, but the holder came with 4 collars and screw caps and I only needed 2 per plate so used 2 of the collars behind the plate to take up the space. I suppose you could use washers too. In any case, I am happy with this purchase.

Not "One Size Fits All"
Task: Mount new license plates on 2020 Toyota Sienna.Like: Good quality stainless steel.Outcome, rear plate: Mounted easily.Outcome, front plate: Screw too long. Screw pushed against vehicle's grill and forced the plate-holding frame forward at its top. Had to cut about 5/16" off of screw to eliminate interference. Thread remained fully engaged in plate holder. Thus, plate retention was not compromised.Note that if you need to shorten these screws, retaining the screw while cutting can be difficult. Also, the screws' material is relatively hard. Finally, the act of cutting will damage the newly-leading threads. You will need either an appropriate die or a triangular file to dress the thread before using the abbreviated screw. Of course one could always determine the appropriate thread pitch (sorry... I don't know it) and acquire shorter, stainless steel, pan head (or binder head) screws at a good hardware store (bring one of these screws as a sample for head, length, and pitch comparison purposes).

They really are what they say they are: longer license plate screws for Toyota vehicles
When I installed a license plate frame and clear plastic cover, I needed longer screws because the original Toyota screws were simply too short. I thought I’d have to go through the process of figuring out the diameter, threads per mm, etc. Found these advertised as extra-length license plate screws for Toyota vehicles and wow! They really were just exactly what I was looking for. They appear to be of very good quality and fit just like the OEM screws, except providing the added length I needed.

NOT compatible with 2013 Jetta SE
NOT compatible with a 2013 Jetta. Screws are too long, and 2 of them are to big. Waste of money.
