Some of these folks saying they can see results in a week, or complaining they can’t see results within a week or even a month are nonsensical.My hair was coming out like crazy after I did keto and didn’t use any supplements or eat enough of allowed vegetables.I started collegian and mct oil out of desperation.About three months of daily usage, bam!I could feel a difference. I have only been taking this for about a week so I can't see any evidence of it working on my skin yet, but I will say that I am very pleased at the taste. There is no taste! At least when added in a hot beverage. I put it in my morning coffee and it works well, dissolves super fast and easily. There is also no detectable taste like I have encountered with other collagen powders. I hope to see some results on my skin and face soon, but again its too soon to tell. I am just happy that it is so palatable. It will be easy to consistently consume.

I torn my knee meniscus and tried this product after repair surgery. After several months on this, my knee joint is now bone-on-bone with the cartilage becoming progressively worse. This does not work and is a very, very expensive coffee creamer only! Save your money.Also, they changed something in the formulation. This use to dissolve easily and completely in my coffee. It now floats on top and forms a film no matter how much repeated stirring I do!?!?I should have paid attention to the "*" in their advertisement, "* These statements have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.".This is just snake oil. Very expensive snake oil!

I add this to coffee. After just a few uses I could see a difference in my skin. Just more glowing and healthy looking.
