Being a bit skeptical like most people would trying a new product , I have come to find out within the 1st month of using this product that with the right routine it has its best effects.So for me personally I work night shift so my whole routine is out of whack but I have fine tune it so it works with the various elements in my life. The 1st two weeks I took 2 as advised 30 min prior to eating my meal before work. Now I work 10 hr shift in a warehouse labor environment. I just got this product, I tried doing 1 pill before and after my workout and I seemed less soar the next day given the strenuous stuff I did. I am going to start doing 2 pills before and after and see how that work. So far it is working. 👌🏼
