Reiki and Sujok Acupressure - A Ready Reckoner

Very good informative book. This is useful to learners as well as practitioners. anybody can refer the book for treatment.It is covered for most commonly faced problems to treat people from Reiki and Accupressure. It is good to have this book in your library.

I have undergone coaching with this Madam on 25th March 2015.I am now 81 years.I have been practicing continuously all these years.I have no occasion to visit a medical practitioner.With this book on hand many small doubts have been very well clarified. I sincerely appreciate Dr.P.S.lalitha for bringing out this book for the benefit of all.

A friend of mine used the learning from the book to get rid of left arm pain and constipation. The Author also conducts classes on acupressure(check facebook page PS Lalitha Art of Healing) . I have attended the author's classes on Sujok acupressure (basic and meridian classes ) and found them to be useful. Only improvement could be 1) adding 1 or 2 pages on how the hand is mapped onto various organs of the body. Although the book contains the pictures of hand to organ mapping - a written description explaining the mapping can give the intuition on how the various points are arrived for treatment. 2) A short description on how to use the Sujok needle (or Sujok Jimmy) step by step would have been useful. Although it is easy to figure out this information from internet or youtube, adding it in the book is required for starters (removed 1 start because of these 2 points) . I would rate it as one of the best books in the market for reiki and sujok acupressure . It is difficult to find books that combine reiki and sujok together. Also the author has published videos in youtube on sujok acupressure that explains some of the ideas in the book. Update : i have tried methods for aciditiy and it gave good results.

This book is only of testimonials and self praise about Dr.Lalitha, waste of Money. Not worth it for the content and price.

The book is very basic and being used for the promotion of the author only. Nothing useful to learn except for some points. Book should be exhaustive with details. Not worth.
