Effective and value for money

Bottle has a seal, but looks like it was already opened. The tablets had something on them(dots), looks like it was packaged by bare hands..42 tablets for this kinda crap is ridiculous and priced way too high. Looks fake?!

Not sure if the product works. Didn't feel any other side effects, although the focus aspect that the product claims wasn't significant enough to be realised. Effect could vary person to person.
