Great !
I had a broken motor FM-20,1/3 HP, 230V. to replace, found a great option from this seller, good price and effective service. Read the reviews and saw someone else had the same type of motor. I bought the motor and got it with 3 days. After removing old broken motor and installed this brand new motor, connected the new motor wires to the same terminals as the old motor was and it worked at the first attempt.the motor fan wheel and motor are sold separately.

Finally have AC again after 2 long hot days.
Blower motor on a Bryant Central Air Conditioner Model FB4CNF024T00ACAA went out on a Sunday afternoon. OEM part was $500 and wouldn't be in stock for a week. According to the fact sheet on regalrexnord.com, their Genteq Evergreen EM 6203E was a compatible replacement and was half the price and Prime shipped to my door in 2 days. Took a couple of hours to install, most of that spent battling the belly bands infuriating nut/bolt placement that was almost impossible to loosen or tighten because of how little room there was to fit in the required two wrenches. I basically could move the wrench about 1/64th of an inch before I ran out of space and had to reposition it, all the while banging my knuckles on the rough cut sheet metal edges of the housing. However once in the housing, the rest of the install was a cake walk. The motor comes with a very nice instruction booklet and an extra harness that extends the connections that control the fan speed. This is nice because you may have to play around with which connections to use depending on how the old blower motor was programmed and the harness puts the connections in easy reach instead of having to slide a hand between the motor and the wall of the air handler where space is tight. I just used the same positions as my previous motor used and it worked fine. There is NO programming needed for the Evergreen motor to work, it even auto-senses the correct rotational direction of the shaft the first time it starts up. Sitting in my icy cold room as I type this, I can't think of anything negative to say. As you can see in the picture, the only differences between the OEM motor and the Evergreen is that the shaft is a little longer and the connectors are on the housing rather than extending on a harness but, like I previously mentioned, they do include and extension harness specifically for the speed connectors. Will try and remember to update this review in the Winter when I kick on the heat cause I sure ain't gonna test that right now! Oh did I mention I probably saved myself $1,000 bucks doing it myself and got it done a heck of a lot faster!!

FM-20 Replacement
The motor was an exact replacement. Installed in via the instructions which were easy to follow and it runs like a charm. The motor that I replaced was a replacement for the X-13 Motor already (FM-20). I was hesitant to replace it with this motor as it was labeled as an FM-20 not X-13, but it fit perfectly. If you have an FM-20 motor, feel at ease that this motor is a direct replacement.

Worked perfect for my application, started right up and whisper quiet
We moved into a new house and the furnace was pretty loud. With it being right next to the bedrooms, it made sleeping challenging for several family members. An HVAC guy performed a free inspection, and found that the blower motor bearings were going out. He offered to replace the blower motor and the blower wheel for just under 1k. He said we should also replace the wheel, as it is the likely culprit for the bearings to go bad. Well, instead of forking out a grand.. I spent some time watching videos on how to repair things myself. Let's just say, after saving about 67% for both parts here on Amazon, and about an hour of labor, the furnace is quiet as a whisper... and we can all sleep in peace. The blower motor here was delivered faster than expected and in excellent packaging. If I need another in a few years down the road, will buy again.
