Flavor not just heat
These sauces are absolutely delicious and spicy as described. Lots of flavor, not just heat. The bottles are creative and fun as well!

Bought as a gift for a friend. He absolutely loved them. Said they tasted good. He also took them around to show them off because they were so cool. Great items to give as gift for your spicy friends

great bottles! Meh sauces...
I didn't buy this for the sauce, but purely for the nostalgia. It's actually a gorgeous bottle with a screwtop, which is stuck to the "pull lever." I'm thinking that would break off pretty easily, but so far I haven't busted it. As for the sauces themselves, they're not that special:SHOCK AND AWE — is my favorite and it tastes somewhat like Tabasco, but a little hotter. It's nothing special for the price.RED DEAD —is very MILD, almost like ketchup. It has a sweet tomato like flavor, though my friend thinks it's made of lava (she's a total wimp). I'm not really sure what to say about the flavor, too. It just wasn't special, so I haven't gone back to it since I first tasted it. Perhaps, it would be good on French fries?MARINE GREEN —is one of your typical Verde hot sauces. It's pretty tasty, medium/hot, so not too bad. I'd like to try it on fish tacos, my favorite thing (or only thing?) on which use Verde sauces.Overall, if you're not buying this for the totally cool bottles, don't bother. There are much better sauces out there. You could replace shock and awe with Tabasco scorpion sauce, for example. Perhaps that would be better. You can also replace the red dead with something like a chilly ketchup. I'm not kidding. It pretty much tasted like ketchup to me…But was something else added… besides Louisiana cayenne peppers (whatever they are)? Literally, all of the sauces come with the exact same ingredients label, so why is each sauce a different color? And why does each sauce taste very different from one another? Am I missing something? Or is this ingredients label duplicated for three very different hot sauces? Honestly, here is where the company dropped the ball. You can't give all these bottles the same label when they are literally different colors and taste different from one another.

Love the taste.
Love the taste, however they are not very hot. Around 3.5 to 4 stars on their scale is when you can start to feel the heat. I don't eat alot of hot food so if you are looking for a fire in your mouth I would be selective on what you buy. Bass pro shops I believe has these in stock. And it is a veteran owned business.

Great flavors, great packaging
Perfect gift for the hot sauce fan in your life. Came well packaged, the glass grenades look cool, there is even a metal dog tag on each one. Clever naming convention. All the sauces are great. From a feisty 'mild' to 'I can't feel my tongue' hot. Very flavorful peppers and less pure vinegar. So many hot sauces are just blazing hot vinegar shots but these put the peppers front and center. The vinegar base is not so intrusive so you can really enjoy the actual flavor of the peppers. The heat is real with the hottest sauces but still not off the charts. I would rate every one of these as perfectly usable, unlike many hot sauces that are really just novelty items. These are a pleasure to taste instead of simply a challenge to overcome. They rate a high value for money because these are fairly large bottles (the grenade shape is rather wide) that must cost a lot more than the standard hot sauce bottle, but the price is about average for luxury hot sauce brands.Flavor gets max score for not being so vinegar heavy and each flavor is totally different.Giftable- absolutely gorgeous. max points. These are going to impress anyone that has a collection of hot sauces.

I found my favorite hot sauces of the moment
I absolutely love this company's products. For a few years now, I've received the General's Reaper Actual as a Christmas gift and it had fast become my favorite sauce. The key thing is that they are a relatively thick sauce, I'm not a fan of loose, drippy sauces, i like things that stick and coat. It is incredibly hot, but full of flavor. I recently ordered a sample pack of their other sauces and have been enjoying each one. I like dabbing them on chips to explore the individual flavors. So far, I've tasted Danger Close, which, to me, is somehow hotter than Reaper Actual, although it lists lower. Great as additives in chili and such, but brutal on its own. Grunt Green is delicious on its own, very much a mild Verde vibe. Dead Red, while mild is tasty and a wonderful addition in cooking. The Maple Mayhem is a little loose unless refrigerated, so I'm looking forward to using it on breakfast foods like eggs, sausage and pancakes or waffles.Cracking into a bottle of Shock and Awe, I find it to be a flavorful habenero sauce. The citrus isn't overly prominent, but it coaxes one to keep tasting while the heat lingers on the lips. Hooah Jalepeno comes packing some heat combined with an almost sweet flavor that lingers on the tip of the tongue.
