Really good to start off with
Such a good product. It has so much sensors built in and so much stuff you can mess around with. It’s so functional I would recommend this a lot if you’re trying to just mess around, learn circuits or even just make random stuff for fun! Super quality

Great kit. My 8 year old loved it.
My son loved this so much that he brought it into school for his show and tell. His class mates loved it too. Simple to code through a web interface with drag and drop commands. No programing skills needed.

A good introduction to programming
The Microbit is simple to use and versatile.There are numerous projects available online which offer a good introduction to programming.The V2 is a decent upgrade to the original adding the option of sound to projects.

My son used this at school and nagged for it - and now we have bought a few. Excellent STEM purchase. The instructions in the box are clear and straightforward and everything you need is included in the box. Hours have been spent coding on this - great learning tool. You do need to have a device to connect it to though like a laptop or computer - so bare that in mind.

Grandsons school uses these so I bought one for him. Lost me when he was telling me what it can do. For the price this is an excellent and very useful item for a childs education.
