Does the job

Incredibly tart it will contort your face. I would recommend using very sparingly and mix it with something sweeter. I use it to make a nut smoothie and add a fig and a date to mask the tartness. It's good for the bladder and prostate though I just use it sparingly as a precaution.

Careful how much you use, it’ll leave you w looking like you just bit into a lemon. Extremely tart, a little goes a long way. I used this to make large cranberry ice cubes with a few cranberries & a sprig of fresh rosemary to make cranberry mimosas over Christmas- went down well. I used ocean spray cranberry juice as a base, but it isn’t tart enough on its own, a dash of this mixed in gives it just the tang needed.

Love that I get to choose myself what type and how much sweetener to add. I like to use xylitol.
