I have small plants in mine that sway a lot with our fan on all the time and it hasn't wiggled out of the dry wall at all. Works good.

Not square.
By all accounts, there may be perfectly serviceable hanger brackets. For our needs, they feel short due to not being square, preventing a shelf from being placed atop them.
