The box has a strong smell. Is it safe to use?

The smell is non-toxic and normal. Place it in a ventilated area for 1-2 days to reduce odor. We’ve optimized production to minimize this issue.

What if the zipper gets stuck or damaged?

We use durable YKK zippers. Ensure the path is clear and avoid force. If damaged, use candle wax to fix it or message us for a replacement.

What if parts or accessories are missing/damaged?

We inspect all products carefully. If any parts are missing or damaged, message us, and we’ll send replacements quickly.

How many drills can each container hold?

Each container holds about 10 grams, equivalent to 2,000 drills.

How many tools and drills can the box hold?

We offer 5 sizes: 30, 60, 120, 240, and 420 grids, letting you choose the most suitable box for your needs.
