So surprised by how well this works! Came in earlier than expected and the instructions made it super easy to use. Very happy!

Great item but broke after a couple of months
It says a year warranty but when I tried to return Amazon said the return date was Jan. I bought this product in December so I have had it for 3 months and the mental that connect the glass rod to the machine broke off in the machine and now it no longer works.

Total Disappointment
First time everything was good, I really like what it did with my skin. But after 2 weeks it is started to work much worse. Intensity of the glow became barely noticeable.I touched the electrodes to metal object (as it is mentioned in instruction to activate the electrodes) but nothing change. I am very sad... Overall rating minus 10.
