For someone like me who has a ton of boxes to recycle this is a true blessing. These are amazing. The battery has lasted through dozens of boxes and they cut through regular cardboard like butter. Some of the heavier cardboard required just a little effort. Buy these and you won't be disappointed.

Love these cloth shears, and bought them to cut rug pads to size. Nice and sharp, great power, makes trimming a breeze. Use for cutting paper too. Great quality and value, very durable as well.

Buying this from reviews based on other similar products, I've now had it long enough to say its a good product for several reasons. One, its cutting ability is very good. The only minor thing I observer while cutting cardboard is it works best if you angle the "nose" down a little. Two, it comes with TWO batteries which is excellent. If you're having to cut a lot with it (and one charge lasts a long time), nothing more frustrating than having to wait while your battery charges. Not with this unit - you always have a backup battery to pick up where you left off. It charges quickly and seems to hold a charge for a pretty long time.

There is an angle in which it cuts faster and with less effort. you must keep trying until you find it.

I picked up the JOAVANI Cordless Electric Scissors for my art class prep work and they've been pretty handy. These scissors zip through fabric, cardboard, and other materials, making my prep work a lot quicker. Especially useful when I've got a ton of stuff to cut for class projects.The cordless feature is great – I can move around my art room without being tied down to a plug. Plus, the battery life holds up well, usually lasting through several prep sessions.However, it's not all smooth sailing. The button that operates the scissors can get stuck sometimes, which can be a bit annoying. I have to fiddle with it to get it going again, which interrupts the workflow.Safety-wise, I keep these out of student hands, but for teacher use, they're a good pick. They're lightweight and easy to handle, which is a relief during those long prep sessions.Overall, while the JOAVANI Cordless Electric Scissors are a time-saver and generally reliable, the sticky button issue is something to keep in mind. They're still a good help in the art classroom, but just be prepared for that occasional hiccup.

I wish I had known about this a long time ago. I have carpal tunnel in my right hand and this has helped with breaking down the astronomical amount of cardboard we go through in our home. It’s not great for heavy duty boxes but for all those Amazon boxes it works fabulously!

I do lots of crafts and cutting fabric yards and yards my hands would always be blistered these scissors are amazing. They can cut seven pieces of fabric at one time. I could only cut one piece with my hands. I love these scissors.

Had my doubts but this tool is awesome. I had some furniture boxes from chairs we had ordered and this cutter made quick work of them. Something that would have taken me 10 - 15 minutes per box before I had all 4 boxes cut down and in the recycling bin with room for more in under 25 minutes. I also used them to cut the tops off of plastic gallon water bottle to use a covers for our garden plants solid clear plastic distilled water bottles not the milk jug variety and they cut thru them like butter. I will take a couple of short videos and attach them later. You will love this tool
